Flower Power! My gardener has been hard at work. At our old house, I was always the gardener and was not very good at it. I blamed it on the shady yard, my inconsistent watering habits, and my lack of knowledge. My attempt at planting tulips was unsuccessful. Come to find out the pointy part does not go in first so if you are ever in China in the Spring, look for them..I'm sure they're beautiful! At the new house, however, Don has taken over and has an extremely green thumb. His flowers are always beautiful (can you say drip system?) and well cared for because he has researched and done his horticultural homework. I am perfectly happy with my new job of number one flower admirer and garden lounger.
