Boots on the Boulevard. This afternoon hundreds of teachers, parents, students, and community members populated the major intersections along Wadsworth Boulevard from 104th all the way south to Chatfield. The purpose was to make people aware of the dysfunction of our current school board and demonstrate our dedication to stand up for all kids. I joined our group late and got chills as I was driving along Wadsworth and saw so many people on the corners and all the honking of support! This outpouring of support gives me hope that our district will remain strong and do what is best for it's 86,000 students.
