52! Yep that is how old I am today! I sure felt every bit of it today with not enough sleep last night. I couldn't be grumpy because I was surrounded by wonderful friends and students wishing me a happy birthday or asking about our trip. I even had a first grader thank me after my George Washington lesson today! 

I heard from both of my kids today - they learned at an early age that Christmas day we celebrate the birth of Jesus and February 5 is mom's birthday- in that order! Of course they feel that my birthday has evolved into a season as well..at least a week of celebration! Thank you for all my Facebook friends who took the time to send me birthday wishes - I loved them all!
