Today I went to an all day iPad class. I must say it was a little difficult to be in class while still suffering from vacation brain! Anyway, the reason I bring this up is that the book for the class had a term that I never seen before and thought was very timely. The word is InfoWhelm -meaning our students live in a world of so much digital information that they have InfoWhelm. Isn't it a great word? I have experienced this myself! By the way, the word hashtag has just made it into the Oxford dictionary.....#whattooksolong #ineedanewdictionary
